President Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Brad Baldwin earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University in Virginia. After finishing his doctoral work, Brad started Carolina Hearing Group in 2002 because he wanted to create an exceptional patient experience for people who have hearing loss.
Doctor of Audiology
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. She also completed an externship at the Ear Center of Greensboro. She loves getting to know her patients on a personal level and knowing that she’s making a difference in their lives by reconnecting them to their families.
Darla Baldwin believes that the ability to share experiences, enjoy conversations, and engage in meaningful relationships is critical to a happy and fulfilling life. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University in Virginia and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. As Vice President of Carolina Hearing Group, Darla manages the daily operations of our practice.
Patient Care Coordinator and Billing Specialist
Karen Fisher, Patient Care Coordinator & Billing Specialist, loves engaging with our patients and building long-term relationships with them and their families. She has a Diploma in Medical Assisting and attended Youngstown State University in Ohio.
Patient Care Coordinator & Audiology Assistant
Cynthia Cooper joined Carolina Hearing Group in 2012 as a Patient Care Coordinator and completed the requirements to become a North Carolina-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2014. As an Audiology Assistant, she assists our audiology team with hearing aid care and maintenance.
