Dr. Brad Baldwin earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in communication sciences and disorders from Radford University in Virginia. After finishing his doctoral work, Brad started Carolina Hearing Group in 2002 because he wanted to create an exceptional patient experience for people who have hearing loss.

Darla Baldwin believes that the ability to share experiences, enjoy conversations, and engage in meaningful relationships is critical to a happy and fulfilling life. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in communication sciences and disorders from Radford University in Virginia, and she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology. As co-owner and Vice President of Carolina Hearing Group, Darla manages the daily operations of our practice.

Dr. Heather Serrano loves helping people reconnect with their loved ones through better hearing and sharing their joy when they achieve their hearing goals. Heather joined Carolina Hearing Group in 2022, after relocating to North Carolina to complete her fourth-year audiology externship at the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.
