Karen Fisher, patient care coordinator and billing specialist, loves engaging with our patients and building long-term relationships with them and their families. She has a diploma in medical assisting and attended Youngstown State University in Ohio. She has been an indispensable part of the Carolina Hearing Group family since 2005, and she is well known to our patients as the maker of our delicious birthday chocolates! When she’s not making candy, baking, or traveling, Karen spends time with her children, grandchildren, extended family, and her dog Macy. As a ten-time recipient of Audigy’s Outstanding First Impression Award, Karen has a national reputation for her commitment to our patients.
