Susan Savino believes in the importance of being able to connect to your loved ones.  She joined our team as a patient concierge in 2021, after relocating to the area from Denver, Colorado.  Susan had already worked for a number of years in the hearing industry, and she says she loves working in our office because our team feels like family.  She has an Associate degree in Data Processing but perhaps more importantly, she has a heart for serving others: whether it is providing an exceptional patient experience in our office or fundraising for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In 2022, Susan earned the Outstanding First Impression award from Audigy, demonstrating her strong commitment to making sure our patients have an exceptional hearing care experience. When she’s not making our patients feel welcomed in our office, you can find Susan hiking, working on her golf game, enjoying a sporting event, traveling, or spending time with her family.
