After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Allied Health from Greensboro College, she entered the hearing aid industry in 2019, driven by a deep passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
She has seen firsthand how hearing loss can impact relationships, confidence, and overall quality of life. This drives her commitment to building trust with her customers and their families. Morgan provides compassionate and clear communication, guiding them through diagnostic testing and educating them on the effects of untreated hearing loss. Her goal is to help each person find the best possible treatment option and feel empowered in their hearing journey.
